Wild Rice and Turkey Casserole

2 cups cut up cooked turkey or chicken
One pkg 6 oz seasoned long grain and wild rice
One 10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2-1/4 cups boiling water

Oven Method:
Mix all ingredients in ungreased two quart casserole 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Cover and cook in 350F oven until rice is tender, about 50 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid is absorbed, 10=15 minutes longer.

Range Top Method:
Mix all ingredients in 10 inch skillet. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 25-30 minutes.
