Apple Crepes

1 Recipe Crepe Batter
16 oz Canned Apple
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Brandy

*** Make crepes using crepe batter recipe. Mix canned apple slices (pie filling) with butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat and add brandy. Spoon apple mixture onto crepes, roll up and serve at once.

Yield: 16 Crepes
