Chocolate Cream Frosting

1 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Boiling Water
2-1/2 cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
2 Egg Yolk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Softened Butter

*** Mix cocoa powder with boiling water till powder dissolves. Beat sugar into mixture. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Add softened butter, beating till frosting is thick enough to spread. This butter cream frosting can be used with a variety of cake recipes.

NOTE: Use unsweetened cocoa powder.
