Creamy Cheesecake

1-1/2 cups Graham Crumb
6 tbs Melted Butter
1 lb Cottage Cheese
16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1-1/2 cups Sugar
4 Egg
2 tbs Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 pt Sour Cream

*** Pour butter into the graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and pat into a greased 9 inch spring pan. Bake in 350F oven for 10 minutes and cool. Sieve cottage cheese into a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese. Beat till well blended, gradually adding sugar and eggs. Add lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla, melted butter and sour cream (in the above order). Beat at a low speed with an electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Bake at 325F for 70 minutes or till firm around the edge. Let cake stand in oven for 2 additional hours.

Remove, chill and serve.
