Fruitcake Cookies

1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp Brandy
1-1/2 cups Flour
1-1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/2 cup Chopped Dried Apricot
1/2 cup Raison
1/4 cup Citron
1/2 cup Chopped Walnut

*** Cream butter with sugar. Beat in egg, water and brandy. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and all spices. Gradually stir into butter mixture. Add dried apricots, raisin, citron and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 400F oven for 8-10 minutes or till lightly brown.

Yield: 3 Dozen Cookies
