Lemon Meringue Pie 2

3 Eggs
14 oz Sweetened Milk
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
2 tsp Grated Lemon Rind
1/4 tsp Cream 'n Tartar
1/8 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Baked Pie Crust

*** Separate eggs. In bowl, beat egg yolks. Add sweetened milk, lemon juice and grated lemon rind to eggs. Pour egg mixture into pie crust. In a small bowl, whip egg whites with cream of tartar and salt, gradually adding sugar. Whip till stiff but not dry. Spread meringue on top of filling. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a 350F oven till meringue is golden brown. Cool and keep pie refrigerated till serving time.
