Meringue Chip Cookies

2 Egg White
1/8 tsp Cream 'n Tartar
3/4 cup Sugar
6 oz Chocolate Chip

*** Separate eggs and place egg whites in a small bowl with the cream of tartar. Whip like you would a meringue, till peaks are formed. Add sugar slowly (not all at once). Fold in chocolate chip morsels into egg whites. Prepare oven to 375F. When it reaches that temperature, turn off oven. Drop meringue batter by teaspoonfuls on a very lightly greased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in oven for one hour. Remove cookies gently from sheet, meringue breaks very easily.
