Pineapple Glaze

1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbs Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
8 oz Crushed Pineapple
2 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Mustard

*** Used on baked ham. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring till thick. Boil, stirring 1 minute.

Yield: 4 Servings
