Pumpkin Pie 2

2 Egg
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 cups Cooked Pumpkin
13 oz Canned Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Recipe Single Pie Crust
1 cup Whipped Cream

*** Combine eggs with sugar. Add spices and salt. Blend in cooked (can be canned) pumpkin. Gradually add the evaporated milk and vanilla. Prepare a single pie crust (see recipe). Turn blended pumpkin mixture into the 9 inch pie shell. Bake 10 minutes in a 450F oven and then reduce heat to 350F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes or till knife comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
