Rice Pudding 2

1 cup Cooked Rice
2 Beaten Egg
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

*** Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a casserole dish (1-1/2 quart for standard serving). Mix thoroughly. Place casserole in a pan filled with 1 inch deep hot water. Bake 350F for 55 to 65 minutes (or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold. Raisins can initially be added.
