*** Prepare crepes (see recipe for crepe batter). Combine sour cream with 1/3 cup sugar. Set aside. Wash, hull and slice strawberries. Place in bowl and add 1/2 cup sugar. Toss berries to cover with sugar. Spoon 1 tbs of sour cream batter onto 1/2 of crepe and roll up. Place filled crepe in chafing / baking dish. Make sure crepes are placed seam side down. In saucepan, heat strawberries and orange-flavor liqueur till warm. You may either pour warmed sauce over crepes or ignite (do not stir) and pour over crepes.
