*** Prepare both tart crust and vanilla cream recipes. Bake tart shells. Chill vanilla cream. Spoon chilled vanilla cream into baked tart shells. Spoon strawberries over pudding in each tart. Heat your favorite flavor of jelly with lemon juice to make a glaze. Pour glaze over each tart. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
