Baked Apples

4 McIntosh apples
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. margarine
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. brown sugar (light)
4 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

Peel apples 3/4 of the way down from stem end. Core. Place upright in 8 x 8 inch microwave-safe baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle each apple with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Add to each apple cavity -- 1 teaspoon margarine, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon light brown sugar. Pour 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate over each apple. Cover dish and microwave on normal. Cool 4-5 minutes. Turn and microwave 2-3 minutes longer. Cool to room temperature. Serve with topping made with 2-3 tablespoons softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese added to 1 cup whipped topping.
