Lemon Berry Pie

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8-oz. tub Cool Whip
1 pint strawberries, halved
2 cup milk
2 packs instant vanilla pudding

Beat cream cheese, milk and sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and 1-1/2 cup of Cool Whip. Spread evenly in the bottom of graham cracker crust. Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer, reserving several for garnish. Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl. Add pudding. Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute. Gently stir in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spoon over strawberries.
