Coconut Squares

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, softened (1/4 lb)
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 cup shredded coconut
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven 350F. Mix cake mix, margarine, 1 egg and water. Mold with hands into 9 x 13 x 1 inch baking pan. Sprinkle Coconut over cake mixture. Set aside. Mix Philadelphia cream cheese, powdered sugar, 3 eggs and vanilla, Pour over coconut. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Cool before cutting into 1 inch squares.

Makes about 100 squares. Serves 50.
