Preheat oven to 300F.
Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and softened butter and spread in the bottom of a spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling:
Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, salt, Amaretto, almond extract and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat at high speed until smooth. Pour into pan after folding pecans into mixture. Bake 65 minutes.
Topping:
Combine sour cream, Amaretto, brown sugar and almond extract. Spread over top of cheesecake immediately after removing from oven. Return topped cheesecake to turned-off oven to let topping firm (about 15 minutes). Cool and refrigerate.
