Peaches and Cream 2

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg beater
1 package (3 ounces) Instant
Vanilla pudding
4 cups canned peach slices, pudding drained
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon butter extract

Utensils: 9 x l3 inch baking pan

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease baking pan. Combine in a 2-quart mixing bowl: butter, self-rising flour, baking powder, egg and pudding mix. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan. Place drained peaches on top of mixture. Whip softened cream and sugar. Drop by teaspoonfuls evenly over peaches.

Serve slightly warm.
