Utensils: 2 bowls, two 8 inch baking pans
Preheat oven to 325F. In a small bowl sift flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add oil, vanilla and spices. Add flour mixture, a little at a time. Blend together, then add carrots, pineapple and walnuts; mix well. Pour into greased, lightly- floured pans.
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together until fluffy.
