Fruit Pizza 1

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of regular sugar
3-8 lb butter
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese
9 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 can of pie filling (any topping)

Preheat oven to 350F. Crust: mix flour, regular sugar, butter and pecans. Roll into a ball. Put into pizza pan, using powdered sugar on fingers. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the teaspoon of vanilla and beat a little more.

When the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese and Cool Whip batter evenly on crust. Open can of pie filling and put on top of the batter. Place in the refrigerator and let settle for half an hour. Let cool, cut with a pizza cutter and serve like a pizza.
