Marble Marvel

1 cup rice
1 package yeast
1/4 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup cherries, oranges, peaches and other fruit in season
1/2 cup cashew nuts

Special cooking utensils:
Pressure cooker.

Soak rice in boiling water for 1 hour. Grind to a very smooth paste with minimum possible amount of water. Add yeast and sugar and let rise until double in volume, about 4 to 6 hours. Whip cream lightly. Add salt and cream to the rice mixture and mix well. Pour the batter into 6 molds. Put 1 color fruit into each mold. Put chopped cashews in each. Put the molds in a pressure cooker, cover and steam without the weight for 5 minutes, on high temperature. Garnish and serve. Serve cold or hot.
