Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix flour, butter, and 1-1/4 cups pecans In baking dish. Spread evenly over dish. Bake 45 minutes at 325F. Cool completely.
Whisk whipping cream until it hold its shape. Add 1/8 teaspoon almond and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extracts, 1-1/2 cups Nutra Sweet, and cream cheese. Blend and spread evenly over cooled crust.
Mix chocolate and vanilla sugar free pudding with three cups low fat milk and 1/2 cup Nutra Sweet about two minutes with electric mixer or until pudding consistency. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Whisk whipping cream until it holds its shape, 1/8 teaspoon almond and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extracts with 1/4 cup Nutra Sweet. Spoon out evenly over pudding layer to cover.
Curl-cut Estee Milk Chocolate Flavor Bar with Almonds over top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving.
