Christmas Pie

2 baked pie shells or Graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2cup nuts, chopped
One 12-13 ounce container Cool whip
1/3 cup coconut
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Red and green cherries, for garnish

Combine milk, lemon juice, coconut, pecans, pineapple and vanilla extract. Stir in whipped topping and pour into pie shells. Chill at least 1 hour before serving Garnish with red and green cherries or red cherries and green mint leaves.

Note:
For 4th of July, garnish with blueberries and cherries. For St. Patrick's Day use green cherries. This is a Holiday Pie.

Serves 6.
