Grape Dessert

2 3-ounce boxes grape Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 can blueberry pie filling
Cream Cheese Topping:
18 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Chill until just staring to jell. Can put in freezer for 30-38 minutes, Check often so mixture does not get too get too firm. Mix pie filling and pineapple. Fold into Jell-O well. Chill until set.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Spread on dessert. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover and keep in refrigerator.

Serves 8-10.
