Little Bits Crumb Cake

1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
One 12-ounce package Nestle Mini Morsels, divided
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup of margarine softened
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1-1/2 cup of mini morsels, reserved from 12 ounce package

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and the margarine, mix well. Stir in the pecans and the 1/2 cup of Nestle Mini Morsels. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar and vanilla extract; mix well. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour mixture, alternately with the sour cream. Fold in the remaining mini morsels. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2", baking pan. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter, Bake in oven at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
