Persimmon Cake 1

1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
2 cups sugar
1 egg
1-3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
1 cup persimmons

Preheat oven to 350F. Cream until smooth margarine and sugar, to this add egg, mixing well. Sift the following together when adding to mixture: flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Next add raisins, pecans, and persimmons. Grease and flour bunt pans. Bake 35-45 minutes.
