Million Dollar Fudge

Three 6-ounce bags chocolate chips
1 medium jar marshmallow whip
1/2 pound butter
4-1/2 cups sugar
One 8-ounce can evaporated milk

In large pan put chocolate chips, marshmallow whip, butter and pecans. In heavy sauce pan cook evaporated milk and sugar over low heat to a full boil. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Pour mixture over all other ingredients in large pot. Mix well. Turn out into two 9 x 13 pans. Press with spoon until evenly spread. Refrigerate over night. Cut into squares. Best if refrigerated.
