Coconut Macaroons 2

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups coconut powder or finely grated fresh coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 325F. Melt butter. Add flour, eggs and sugar. Mix all together with coconut powder, milk and vanilla. Spread butter in small muffin pans (1-1/2 inch diameter) and baking cups. Pour about 1 tablespoon of mixture into each baking cup. Top with 2 or 3 raisins.

Makes about 50 macaroons.
