Twinkie Cake

1 box Twinkies
2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 dozen frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 small carton Cool Whip

Place Twinkies in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix Jell-O according to directions and pour over Twinkies. Let set in refrigerator. Make pudding according to directions. Pour over top of congealed Jell-O and let cool in refrigerator. Thicken strawberries on stove with corn starch and allow to cool. Spread over pudding. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. When ready to serve spread Cool Whip over top. (For a lighter version use low fat Twinkies, diet Jell-O, skim milk in pudding and light Cool Whip).
