Cake:
Preheat oven to 325F. Combine oil, sugar and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients, stirring by hand to mix thoroughly. Turn into greased and floured 12 cup tube or bundt pan. Bake 60 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove cake from pan. Spoon warm topping over warm cake.
Topping:
Combine brown sugar, margarine and milk in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After mixture comes to full boil, boil over low heat 1 minute.
