Almond Joy Cake 2

Pillsbury White Super Moist Cake Mix
3 egg whites
1/4 cup Of Oil
1 tablespoon of almond extract
1-1/4 cup water
1 cup of grated or flake coconut
Pillsbury milk chocolate frosting
3/4 cup or silvered almonds

Preheat oven to 350F. Add cake mix, egg whites after separating into the large mixing bowl. Add oil and water. Blend until batter is smooth. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Add extract, almonds and coconut. Blend well. Pour into pans. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Let cake cool for 15 minutes in pans. When cake is completely cool, spread icing on cake. Completely cover both layers of the 8-inch round layers. Top with silvered almonds.
