Dissolve cherry Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients, put in glass bowl and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into 9 x l2 inch greased baking pans. Cover with coconut, then condensed milk, then chocolate chips, nuts. Cool in pan before pouring.
