Separate eggs. Save whites for later use, Mix egg yolks with sugar. Add both milks, water and vanilla flavoring. Cook until sugar melts and mixture is very hot. Add cornstarch. Cook on low 30 minutes; cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour egg whites and milk mixture into ice cream freezer; freeze.
Yield: 1 gallon.
