Preheat oven to 350F. Place one can of crescent rolls into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and sugar; blend well. Spread over rolls. Put remaining can of rolls on top. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Cook and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Serve cold or at room temperature.
