Chocolate Fudge Cake

1-1/2 cup creamy butter
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
2 cups flour
1 package chocolate fudge Frosting mix (powder)
2 cups walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F. Add sugar to softened butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add 1 egg; beat. Continue this process until all eggs are added. By hand, add flour, frosting mix and walnuts. Stir until mixture is smooth. Batter will be thick. Spoon batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 55 minutes. Timing is important. Top will be shinny. Cool 2 hours. Turn pan over onto cake plate. The inside of the cake will form a tunnel of fudge. Serve plain or topped with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip with chocolate syrup.
