Pumpkin Bars

Bars:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
One 16-ounce can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup light raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Frosting:
One 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large bowl for 1 minute on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently: Stir in baking mix raisins, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, margarine, milk and vanilla until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar until mixture is smooth and of spreading consistency. Spread frosting over cooled layer. Cut into 3 x 1 inch bars.

Makes about 50.
