Cream Puffs 2

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 box Instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375F. Heat butter and water in sauce pan until butter melts. Add flour all at once. Stir hard until mixture holds together in a ball. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating hard. Mixture should be stiff. If not, let stand 10 minutes. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on unbuttered cookie sheet. Bake 40 minutes. Cut a slice off each puff. Fill with prepared vanilla pudding and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
