Chocolate Morsel Cookies

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cups brown sugar (dark)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
2 cups Thrifty-Maid real semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix first 3 ingredients together; set aside. Cream margarine and sugars together until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg; beat well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.

Mix well. Add morsels and pecans, mixing well. Spoon dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes, Remove cookie sheet from oven and, place cookies on aluminum foil to Cool. Serve after cooled with cold glass of milk.

Makes 3-1/2 dozen cookies.
