Pineapple Orange Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges
Mandarin orange juice from can and enough water to total 1-1/2 cup liquid
Frosting:
One 8-ounce package Cool Whip
One 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 small package instant vanilla or banana pudding

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine cake mix, liquid and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add oranges and beat until well blended, about 1 minute. Bake at 375 in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.

When cake has cooled beat ingredients for frosting with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Frost cake and refrigerate.

Serves 12 to 15.
