Chocolate Cake 2

1 cup reduced fat butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 pound powdered sugar
5-6 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 400F. Boil raisins in water until water is reduced to 1/2 cup. Add butter and cocoa. Pour over mixture of baking soda, sugar, flour, buttermilk and spices.

Mix well. Beat In eggs. Add Bake in cookie pan.

Glaze:
Combine butter, cocoa, nuts, powdered sugar and milk. Bring to boil. Add vanilla . Pour over hot cake, May add cinnamon to glaze. Serve with fresh strawberries and frozen yogurt.
