Preheat oven to 325F. Mix pecans and coconut. Sprinkle in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour batter over layer, of pecans and coconut. Mix together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Drop by tablespoonfuls on top of cake. Bake for approximately 55 minutes or until light golden in color.
