Sour Cream Raisin Pie 2

One 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1-1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 cups golden raisins

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Beat eggs until thick and fluffy. Blend in sugar mixture. Fold in sour cream and raisins. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake in moderate oven at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool on rack before serving.

Serves 6-8.
