Pumpkin Roll

3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup plain flour
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
2 teaspoons margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper and grease paper well. Mix ingredients, blending until smooth. Pour onto greased wax paper and bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with small amount of powdered sugar. Flip over onto towel and roll up like a jelly roll. Leave in towel until completely Cool.

Combine and beat filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll carefully and spread filling and roll back up. Refrigerate until serving. Slice 1/2 inch thick.

Serves 8-18.
