Heavenly Bread Pudding

8 hot dog buns
One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained
1 tablespoon apricot brandy
2 egg yolks
6 egg whites
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Tear buns, pour evaporated milk over buns and squeeze in thoroughly. Let soak for 30 minutes. Soak fruit in brandy in small bowl. Add egg yolks, sugar and milk to bread, stir well. Add fruit, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon and stir well. Put in Pam-sprayed 8 x 8 inch pan and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. During last 10 minutes, beat egg whites and add 6 tablespoons sugar, one at a time, beating well. Spread on pudding and bake at 350F for 5 minutes.
