Summer Pie

9-inch deep dish pie crust
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can sliced peaches, drained and cut into small chunks
1 small container Cool Whip
1/2 small can condensed milk
Juice from 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400F. Bake crust until golden brown. Allow to cool. In large bowl, combine Cool Whip, pineapple, peaches and condensed milk. Cut lemon in half, squeeze juice into mixture (avoid squeezing in seeds). Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate approximately 1 hour.
