Blueberry Bread Pudding Deli

3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 cups bread cubes
3 cups fresh frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350F. To prepare Golden Dessert Sauce, combine butter and sugar; cook over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in whipping cream and brandy, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside.

To prepare Blueberry Bread Pudding:
Beat butter and 3/4 cup sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs and vanilla, beat 2 or 3 minutes until fluffy. Slowly stir in milk. Place bread in large bowl, pour milk mixture over the bread and let stand 5 minutes. Stir blueberries into mixture, then transfer to an ungreased baking dish. Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle evenly over bread mixture. Drizzle 1/3 cup of sauce over bread mixture and bake. Serve warm with remaining sauce.
