Root Beer Float Cake

1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1/3cup oil
1-1/4 cup root beer soda
1 tablespoon rod beer flavoring
Fluffy Icing:
1 package powdered sugar
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup shortening, melted
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Root beer candy sticks, crushed, for garnish
Pecans, chopped, for garnish

To prepare cake, combine cake mix, three eggs, oil, root beer soda and root beer flavoring. Beat with electric mixer until well blended and smooth. Pour into two well-greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 325F for 28 minutes. Cool on racks.

To prepare fluffy icing:
Beat sugar flour milk and shortening 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat egg white and flavoring 5 minutes. Combine mixtures; beat 5 minutes. Frost cake with white fluffy icing. Garnish with crushed root beer candy sticks and chopped pecans.
