Coconut Pie 1

2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut

Preheat oven to 350F. In a blender, combine milk, sugar eggs, flour, butter, vanilla and salt. Cover and blend 10 seconds. Add coconut; blend 2 seconds. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
