Angel Nut Pie

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp baking powder
25 Ritz crackers
1 tsp vanilla
One 8 oz carton whipped topping

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and baking powder to beaten egg whites. Crush crackers and add to above mixture with nuts and vanilla. Pour into well greased or buttered pie pan and bake for 25 min at 325F. Cool and top with whipped topping.
