Bread Pudding 10

6 slices of brand or hot dog buns
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 small cans evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 carton egg substitute or 4 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 pint of Irish cream nondairy creamer
1/2 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup pecans (optional)

Crumble bread in a large bowl and add each of the following ingredients, mixing well with each addition sugar, spice evaporated milk vanilla egg substitute and margarine Mix with Kahlua and Irish cream together and pour about three fourths of it into the pudding mixture. Set the remaining Kahlua Irish cream mixture aside. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325F degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle the finely chopped pecans on top of the pudding, then pour the remaining Kahlua Irish cream evenly over the pecans and return to the oven. Broil on high for 7 to 10 minutes.
