Brown Sugar Bars

One 1-pound pkg light brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups baking mix

Combine brown sugar, baking mix, eggs and pecans in bowl; mix well Spread in greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 325F for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm. Cool on wire rack; cut into bars. Garnish with confectioners' sugar.
